Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management & Customer Relations:
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders to maximize account growth and customer retention
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customer decision-makers, stakeholders and business partners
Act as the senior commercial focal point for assigned strategic customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Sales & Business Development:
Identify, develop, lead and successfully close complex ICT sales opportunities across assigned strategic accounts
Drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-selling, upselling and development of new business opportunities
Own assigned revenue, gross profit, order intake and sales pipeline targets while ensuring achievement of departmental objectives
Develop customer acquisition and account growth strategies aligned with sector objectives
Proposal & Opportunity Management:
Lead the preparation of complex technical and commercial proposals, quotations, RFQs, RFPs and tenders
Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, financial and contractual requirements with internal stakeholders to ensure competitive customer solutions
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contract reviews while protecting company profitability
Market Intelligence & Business Insights:
Lead customer presentations, executive meetings, workshops and commercial discussions with senior customer representatives
Maintain regular engagement with customers to identify emerging business requirements and future investment opportunities
Resolve complex customer issues by coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders
Coaching & Knowledge Sharing:
Provide technical and commercial guidance to Junior sales team during proposal preparation and customer engagements
Share best practices related to account management, negotiations and opportunity management across the sales team
Support onboarding and development of new Sales team
Assist the Sector Sales Manager in developing sales capabilities and improving overall team effectiveness
Sales Performance & Reporting
Develop accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines and revenue projections for assigned strategic accounts
Maintain accurate records, customer account plans, opportunity status and sales activities
Prepare executive reports on account performance, pipeline status, revenue forecasts and business opportunities

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration
7-9 years of relevant ICT sales experience or related field experience is a must , relevant to our industry in data center , security light current hardware experience
Strong customer relationship management and opportunity development skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Solid experience in ICT solution sales and account management
