The Regional Commercial Manager is responsible for driving structural steel sales and commercial performance across the assigned region. This role leads contract negotiations, builds strong client and partner relationships, and ensures commercial terms protect the company's interests while supporting sustainable business growth within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional commercial and sales strategy for structural steel products and services.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and fabricators within the construction industry.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring commercial terms are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company risk and profitability targets.
Manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects, from tendering and quotation through to contract award and delivery handover.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key industry stakeholders across the region.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform commercial strategy and positioning.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure commercial commitments are deliverable.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and reports to senior management and clients.
Ensure all contracts and agreements comply with relevant commercial law and company policy.
Track regional sales performance against targets and report on revenue, margin, and pipeline metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Metallurgy, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel sales or commercial roles within construction.
Expertise in contract negotiations and commercial law.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
