At Pixalink, we help businesses automate their customer engagement through our cloud-based Mini Program and Loyalty CRM. We are looking for a creative, high-energy intern to bridge the gap between our technology and our clients brands. You will be responsible for producing visual content that highlights how our loyalty ecosystem—from Reward Marketplaces to WhatsApp Automation—drives real business impact.

Success in this role means producing high-quality, engaging short-form video content and graphics that resonate with both our corporate brand and our clients customers. You will have succeeded when you can independently manage a social media campaign from concept to execution, contributing to a measurable increase in brand awareness and client engagement.

How You Fit Into the Organization

You will join a marketing team backed by over 8 years of experience in the Loyalty CRM space. You will work closely with our strategists to translate technical features into lifestyle-driven content. This role offers you front-row seats to industrial projects, giving you a chance to see how a tech startup scales in the real world.

Responsibilities

Video Content Production: Assist in the end-to-end production of videos, including storyboarding, on-site filming at client locations (F&B, retail, etc.), and post-production editing for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, etc.).

Creative Design: Design digital assets such as promotional banners for client portals, newsfeed advertisements, and social media tiles that align with the Pixalink brand and client identities.

Social Media Management: Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across various social platforms to boost Pixalink's brand awareness and showcase our latest features like Credit Wallets and Referral Programs.

Client Collaboration: Participate in on-site video shoots for Pixalink's clients, acting as a creative liaison to ensure their brand is represented professionally.

Industrial Project Participation: Contribute to high-level marketing projects, helping to prepare presentation materials or visual case studies for prospective clients.

Qualifications

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
Creative Eye: A strong portfolio or social media presence demonstrating an understanding of visual storytelling and current digital trends.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact professionally with clients.
Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who is eager to learn, take ownership of projects, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
Education: Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.

Hybrid Work Arrangement:
2 Days Work-From-Home (WFH): Monday & Tuesday.
3 Days In-Office: Wednesday to Friday (core collaborative days).
