Role Description

Hunter sales role focused on new business development through active prospecting and client acquisition
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with medical professionals, aesthetic clinics, and healthcare practitioners
Promote and sell advanced medical aesthetic devices, technologies, and skincare solutions
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct professional product demonstrations, consultations, and hands-on presentations
Deliver product training and education on features, benefits, and treatment applications
Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and product presentations
Provide responsive after-sales service and maintain high customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Work closely with internal teams to execute effective sales and marketing initiatives
Support and participate in workshops, seminars, events, and exhibitions to expand market reach and generate new leads

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proactive, independent, and self-motivated personality
Experience in medical sales or general sales with strong closing ability
Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of hospital procedures or practices
Familiarity with medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products
Experience in aesthetics or healthcare industry is an advantage
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Results-oriented with the ability to work independently
Previous experience in medical device or aesthetic technology sales is highly preferred
