The Customer Team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, GenAI, transformative technologies, and creative design. We enable Deloitte client service teams to enhance customer experiences and drive sustained growth and customer value creation and capture, through customer and commercial strategies, digital product and innovation, marketing, commerce, sales, and service. We are a team of strategists, data scientists, operators, creatives, designers, engineers, and architects, balancing business strategy, technology, creativity, and ongoing managed services to help solve the biggest problems that impact customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce. We also offer Business Process as a Service, enabling organizations to streamline operations and achieve greater efficiency through scalable, technology-enabled managed insights that guide ongoing transformation and operational excellence.

Position Summary

Level: Senior Consultant Technical Transformation or equivalent

Leads a workstream independently and is accountable for deliverable quality, team coordination, and client confidence.
Drives solutioning, design decisions, estimation, and implementation approach.
Manages a team and provides technical oversight, coaching, and review.
Interfaces directly with client managers/directors and escalates risks appropriately.
Contributes to proposals, capability development, reusable assets, and practice growth.
Balances hands-on delivery with leadership, planning, and stakeholder management.

Consistently showcases deep technology stack / functional acumen combined with industry/leading practice knowledge relevant to project requirements - is the go to person
Displays detailed understanding of tools and accelerators and is able to adapt/advise on which tools can be a best fit for a project, delivery innovation and drives efficiency

We help clients turn business values into measurable growth through creatively driven, personalized content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire people to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e, Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Platforms .
Understand functional requirements and should be able to develop technical design using standard patterns and be able to communicate the same effectively to the team members.
Lead end-to-end solutioning for Salesforce Marketing Cloud engagements, from discovery through design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Architect scalable solutions across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, APIs, data integration layers, and activation workflows.
Define technical designs for segmentation, personalization, orchestration, triggered messaging, and customer lifecycle programs.
Lead workshops with client business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements into implementable designs.
Provide hands-on leadership in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, APIs, integration architecture, and troubleshooting.
Guide teams on reusable design patterns, data models, performance considerations, and governance.
Oversee workstream execution, delivery quality, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Support proposals, effort estimation, solution shaping, and internal capability building.

Preferred Qualification:

Hands-on experience with Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Advanced/Next, Salesforce Personalization and modern Salesforce marketing stack evolution
Experience across enterprise integration patterns, customer data platforms, identity resolution, consent models, and omnichannel orchestration.
Experience in consulting-led delivery, business development support, and executive stakeholder management.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant / equivalent current Marketing Cloud consultant credential

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
