Job Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts, customer information, sales and order administration, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Lead and manage new project initiatives from the initial development and project kick-off stages through to successful mass production, ensuring project milestones, timelines, and customer requirements are met.
Proactively identify potential project risks and business challenges, develop contingency plans, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize impact on customers and operations.
Act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer requirements while representing the company's business needs and interests to customers.
Translate customer expectations and business requirements into clear internal action plans, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets while creating sustainable value for both the customer and the company.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Costing, Finance, and Legal, to ensure customer requirements, project objectives, quality, cost, and delivery expectations are consistently achieved.
Drive revenue growth and account profitability by establishing clear financial objectives and business targets for assigned customers.
Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to proactively monitor customer P&L, cost performance, and profitability, ensuring financial objectives and account targets are achieved.
Coordinate and facilitate customer visits, business meetings, and customer audits, ensuring all relevant internal stakeholders are well-prepared and aligned.
Prepare and present quarterly cost reviews and business reviews (QBRs) to customers, covering business performance, cost movements, project updates, key issues, and improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, process improvement, and business development to strengthen customer relationships and support long-term business growth.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate account management, customer program management, or a similar role.
Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously, while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Good understanding of the application/product development lifecycle, from initial development and project initiation through to production.
Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
Strong project planning, coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Costing, and other functions.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand cost, revenue, profitability, and customer P&L.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word; strong data analysis and presentation skills will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
