Support Sales Incentive Pay Consultants with incentive plan execution, quota alignment validation, compensation model updates, payout reporting, and related operational activities.
Assist with plan design changes, annual compensation planning activities, and compensation strategy reviews by preparing data analysis, system updates, validation files, and process input for the Sales Incentive Pay Consultant.
Work with IT to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incentive compensation system issues, data processing errors, access concerns, and system-related exceptions impacting pay calculation or operational execution.
Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, validation evidence, process controls, and records to support compliance and internal review requirements.
Ensure incentive compensation processes comply with company policies, regulatory expectations, data privacy requirements, and applicable internal controls.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, enhance stakeholder experience, and strengthen process governance.
