Role Description

You are responsible for leading Rankpage's overall digital marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees integrated campaigns across search, social, and AI-driven platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing digital strategies, managing paid and organic acquisition channels, monitoring analytics dashboards, and driving lead generation initiatives. The Head of Digital Marketing will collaborate closely with SEO, content, and technical teams to refine positioning, test new growth opportunities, and maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. This role also includes mentoring team members, managing budgets, and reporting on key performance indicators to leadership.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Marketing, with experience developing and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Proven expertise in Digital Strategy and Web Analytics to design data-informed initiatives and measure performance.
Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation, including campaign optimization and funnel management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a digital marketing team, with effective stakeholder and client communication skills.
Experience working with SEO-focused agencies or performance marketing environments; familiarity with AI-driven search platforms is an advantage.
Comfort with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta), and CRM or marketing automation solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborate in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
