Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a key role as the voice of IUX for our Spanish-speaking clients. You will guide clients through onboarding, keep them engaged, and grow their activity with us through proactive outbound calls. Your contributions will directly influence both the client experience and commercial growth, making you an integral part of our success. This is a customer-facing role with real revenue impact, where your performance will be measured based on both client satisfaction and commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive growth through outbound calls

Call new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Qualify incoming leads and convert them into verified.
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Own the client journey

Guide clients through each stage of onboarding and verification, explaining every step clearly.
Follow up on pending documents and requirements. Collect, verify and log them so accounts can be processed without delay.
Build trust and long-term relationships to keep clients active and retained.

Keep the machine running

Work with Operations, Tech and Finance to clear blockers quickly and hand cases over cleanly.
Log every interaction and call outcome in the CRM in real time, so records stay accurate.
Flag recurring client issues and escalate promptly to protect both the experience and revenue.
Manage and organize client data to track progress and prioritize follow-ups.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity and conversion results.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years experience in customer service, call center or telesales (financial services or fintech is a plus).
Fluent Spanish and good business English, spoken and written, with a confident phone manner.
A commercial mindset. You are comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections and working towards targets.
Strong organisation and attention to detail, especially with documents and compliance checks.
Working knowledge of Google Drive (Google Sheet and Google Doc) and any CRM tool. Technical: Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables, data cleaning), familiar with CRM systems, and quick to learn new digital tools.
Proactive and solution-oriented, and able to balance supporting clients with selling to them.
Proven track record of achieving call or conversion targets, with strong follow-up, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
