Your Core Responsibilities:

Executive & Management Support – Work closely with the MD to coordinate executive priorities, meetings, communications, research, and management reports to support effective decision-making.
Management Coordination & Execution – Collaborate with HODs to communicate management directives, track key deliverables, follow up on outstanding actions, and escalate delays or issues requiring MD attention.
Business Performance Monitoring – Consolidate departmental performance updates, analyse progress against business targets, identify key gaps, and follow up on agreed improvement actions.
Business Process Improvement – Identify operational inefficiencies, coordinate workflow and SOP improvements with relevant departments, and monitor the implementation of approved initiatives.
Special Projects & Execution – Manage assigned business initiatives, strategic projects, and selected MD client projects by coordinating stakeholders, monitoring timelines, and ensuring effective follow-through.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience – Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Communications, or a related field, with relevant experience in executive support, business operations, management coordination, or project management preferred.
Stakeholder Management – Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work closely with senior management, HODs, and external stakeholders.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Able to analyse business information, identify performance gaps, resolve challenges, and provide meaningful insights to support management decisions.
Organisation & Execution – Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-through.
