Description

Job Description:

We're looking for a Creative Lead to join our NPI (New Product Introduction) creative team. You'll own and lead creative development from brief to approval — shaping concepts, presenting to stakeholders, and directing the creative quality of everything we produce across video, photography, and digital assets. This is a creative leadership seat, not a logistics one. You'll partner with a dedicated Operations Producer who owns vendor management, budgets, and production timelines — freeing you to focus on making the work better: sharper concepts, stronger storytelling, and a consistently high creative bar. This is a great fit for a senior agency creative, integrated producer, or creative lead who wants to own the creative voice of a global brand's in-house production team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative development for marketing asset production - interpreting briefs, driving ideation, and shaping concepts into storyboards, mood-boards, scripts, and treatments that win stakeholder buy-in.
Own the creative interface with internal marketing stakeholders: translate business objectives into compelling creative, present work for alignment, consolidate feedback across regional and global teams, and drive creative decisions to resolution.
Provide creative direction to external production vendors across pre-production, shoots, and post - ensuring concept, performance, composition, and craft are executed to standard, with on-set presence as creative supervisor for key productions.
Set and uphold the creative quality bar across all outputs - video, photography, motion, and digital assets - reviewing work against both the approved creative and brand guidelines before it moves to stakeholder review.
Mentor and develop in-house creative talent, providing directional feedback that grows design and craft capability within the team.
Champion new creative techniques and production to elevate quality, speed, and range of in-house content.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with a track record of pitching creative to senior stakeholders and defending a point of view constructively.
Experience providing creative direction to external vendors and production partners through shoots and post-production.
Strong understanding of brand guidelines and how to create distinctive work within them.
BA in Mass Communications, Film, Video Production, Multimedia, Design, or related field. Preferred

Experience navigating multi-stakeholder approval processes across regional and global teams.
Experience mentoring designers or junior creatives.
Familiarity with current AI-assisted creative tools (e.g. Firefly, Runway, Veo, Kling) and a considered point of view on where they belong in a brand production pipeline.

Skills

Generates and elevates ideas - comfortable leading a brainstorm, challenging a brief, and improving a script.
