Architect Strategic & Business Impact: Co-own business outcomes, helping teams analyze gaps, identify growth opportunities, and establish sustainable solutions across the Malaysian healthcare landscape.
Champion Agile & Networked Operations: Facilitate agile rituals, resource fluidity, and 90-day outcome-based planning, embedding a culture of rapid experimentation, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
Navigate International Networks: Connect local business pods with international Roche networks and communities of practice to adapt global innovations locally and share Malaysian best practices globally.
Translate Ecosystem & Customer Needs: Partner closely with field customer engagement teams to translate healthcare system insights into clear strategic visions and rapid, customer-centric solutions.
Uphold Excellence & Governance: Drive an enterprise mindset, ensuring all team activities strictly adhere to corporate compliance guidelines, ethical standards, and health and safety policies.

Your Qualifications:

Educational Background: You hold a University Degree, preferably in Health Sciences, Medical Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
Industry & Leadership Experience: You bring significant leadership experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors across commercial, medical, customer experience, or market access functions.
