We are looking for an early-career digital marketer with 2-3 years of experience to support digital marketing initiatives across APAC. This role combines partner marketing, marketing analytics, AI-led marketing innovation and regional stakeholder coordination. You will work at the intersection of data, creativity, and emerging technology (AI) - contributing to innovative marketing programmes across the region.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have worked in consumer digital businesses - e-commerce, fintech, insurtech, consumer apps, or digital-first brands - where pace, experimentation, and customer-centricity are the norm.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Marketing and Optimization

Support partner marketing initiatives by collaborating with Business Units and partners to drive joint marketing activities and customer engagement.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and audience segmentation.

Analytics and Reporting

Monitor and report on key marketing metrics: website traffic, engagement, leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance across markets.
Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports using GA4, Power BI, and other data platforms.
Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Business Units, senior stakeholders and partners.

AI-led Marketing Innovation

Identify and evaluate marketing innovation opportunities together with regional teams and Business Units
Drive adoption of existing AI-powered marketing initiatives by planning and executing closely with Business Units
Use generative AI tools to create and iterate on marketing assets including images, videos, ad creatives, and content variations.
Build and maintain AI-assisted content workflows - prompt libraries, content templates, brand voice guidelines - that allow the team to produce high-quality assets at speed and scale.

Qualifications

Essential

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, campaign operations, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Power BI, Excel, and at least one major ad platform (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or equivalent).
Demonstrated, daily use of AI tools - Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar - for content creation, research, data analysis, or workflow automation. Ability to write effective prompts and build reusable AI workflows is expected, not aspirational.
Experience using generative AI tools for creative production (image, video, or copy generation).
Comfortable analysing marketing data and translating insights into recommendations for non-technical audiences.
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
Confident communicator in English and Mandarin will be a plus, with the ability to navigate multicultural and cross-market environments.
Good design sensibility and visual literacy.

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or equivalent).
Experience running or supporting WhatsApp Business / conversational commerce campaigns.
Demonstrated, daily use of AI tools - Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar - for content creation, research, data analysis, or workflow automation. Ability to write effective prompts and build reusable AI workflows is expected, not aspirational.

Key Competencies

AI-native mindset: uses AI tools instinctively to work faster and better
Data-driven and analytical: interprets numbers with commercial judgement, not just reporting.
Consumer-first thinking: understands the customer funnel and what moves conversion.
Curious and self-directed: tracks emerging marketing technology and brings ideas to the table.
Strong attention to detail: quality output, clean data, reliable tracking.
Collaborative and proactive: works effectively across diverse APAC markets and time zones.
Adaptable: comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities.

Why This Role

This is a role for someone who wants to build a career at the frontier of digital marketing and innovation - not in a support function, but as an active contributor to a regional transformation agenda. You will work with senior stakeholders across 7+ APAC markets, get direct exposure to how a global insurer is building its digital and AI capabilities, and have real ownership over campaigns and initiatives that impact business results.
