Job Purpose
Develop, coordinate the formulation of the Enterprise Strategic Agenda and monitor the progress of the execution.
Main Accountabilities
- Develop and coordinate the formulation of Enterprise Strategic Plan for short, mid & long-term horizons on strategic business vision, mission & direction and roadmap with key targets/milestones for the group.
- Develop, coordinate, align and monitor intervention initiatives with business/division heads on business plan in ensuring realization of the Enterprise Strategic Agenda.
- Develop portfolio model and perform portfolio review and ensure effective resource allocation as per PIAF were observed and ensuring efficient resource allocation in line with the Enterprise Strategic Blueprint.
- Proposed probable scenarios based on internal data and external outlook to run the portfolio model and provide analysis and insight for decision making.
- Analyse investment/initiatives/capex proposal and investment attractiveness evaluation guided by PIAF.
- Assess and identify portfolio risks and probable mitigation actions.
- Custodian of the Group BSC system and responsible on the development, communicating, coordinating the KPIs cascading and monitoring GCEO BSC progress.
- Review BSC analysis and provide performance insight for mitigation actions / initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate effective communication plan on Enterprise Strategic Agenda to provide clarity and understanding to all stakeholders.
- Secretariat to KLCC Group Leadership Team (KGLT) and to ensure smooth running of the KGLT affairs.
Requirements
- Property industry background with experience in property investment and development.
- Experience in strategy and corporate planning role and process.
- Strong commercial understanding in the Office, Retail, Hotel and Sale of Properties sector.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in real estate/accounting/finance/business.
- 5 to 10 years work experience in property/corporate planning/strategy field.
