Job Description

Job Purpose
Identify and propose the implementation of Fit-Out Coordination in compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements within the framework of standard operating procedures and key performance standards to ensure customer's comfort and satisfaction.

Main Accountabilities

1.Operation & Maintenance

  • Facilitate and execute Fit-Out works incompliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements by adhering to key performance standards, standard operating procedures and contractual agreement to ensure the reliability and asset value of the facility are preserved.
  • Coordinate, review and endorse the tenants design and submission drawings through integrated review session with Operations & Maintenance team to ensure compliance with the building specifications and local authority requirements.
  • Plan and execute fit-out renovation works (RM 5 mil and below) through selected reputable panel vendors that well-verse with the standard building specifications and Uniform Building By-Law (UBBL) to protect building owner interest on the local authority requirements, the integrity of the building and meeting client's requirement.

2. HSE, Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify and facilitate all established policies, procedures as well as performance standards and program required for the
    maintenance in line with the requirement of quality and assurance.

3. Business Management & Leadership

  • Liaise business relationship with the stakeholders to foster good working relationship and teamwork, facilitate the overall fit-out works and services.

4. Sustainability

  • Plan and execute the implementation of the initiatives for continuous enhancement through the latest technology for energy conservation and corporate social responsibility.

5. Innovation & Technology Management

  • Facilitate and execute the latest technology and innovation initiative to preserve and enhance asset value. Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of the latest technology and innovation initiative to preserve and enhance asset value

6. Asset Management

  • Facilitate, execute and maintain the Fit-Out works through annual approved budget, planning and regular stock take to ensure works are delivered timely, avoidance on the unnecessary cost, double handling and prevent cost overruns.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    Degree in Interior Design, Building Survey/ Management, Facilities Management or other related disciplines.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in various positions related to facilities management.
  • Technical/ Functional Skills:
  1. Well-versed in technical drawings, UBBL & local authority requirements
  2. Good analytical/critical thinking
  3. Procurement Strategy
  4. Negotiation Skills
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  6. Client Service Orientation.
  7. Teamwork & Collaboration
