Job Purpose
- Overall responsibility to the Head Section to undertake product concept studies and coordinate with others on the product feasibility to sanction level and obtain approval from authorities as part of product development.
- Review and monitor all matters pertaining to design of all disciplines from Concept Design.
Main Accountabilities
- Review and provide input to develop product Project Inception Brief (PIB - plot identified) including project brief & feasibility in collaboration with others department, secure Pre-Feasibility approval. Test-fit concept design based on identified site.
- Carry out research on the development of the conceptual design proposal to align with the feasy numbers, conduct iterations and simulation studies for sanction.
- Arrange, coordinate & participate the presentations to the Management on design proposal and any value add to ensure that all presentation materials are in accordance with design requirement and budget.
- Review, analyze & ensure the design concepts proposed by Consultants / PD is in compliance with Design Brief and requirements.
- To ensure that potential design including design iterations are accordance to marketing advise and feasibility calculations.
Requirements
Qualification
Bachelor of Architectural (Hons) / Civil Engineering (Hons) / Mechanical Engineering (Hons) / Electrical Engineering (Hons) or any Degree (Hons) related to the project management / development.
Experience
Minimum 3 years (min) of relevant working experience.
