We are seeking a passionate and creative 3D Event / Exhibition Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys transforming concepts into - impactful spatial experiences and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D concepts, layouts, and visualizations for events, exhibitions, and booths based on client briefs
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings including layout plans, elevations, and technical drawings for production and submission
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings using 3ds Max to communicate design intent effectively
- Support design development with Photoshop and Illustrator for presentation decks, mood boards, and graphic elements
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute creative ideas
- Assist with revisions and refinements based on client feedback and internal discussions
Requirements
- 13 years of relevant working experience in event, exhibition, interior, or spatial design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong sense of creativity, spatial awareness, and design aesthetics
- Able to work independently while also being an effective team player
- Proactive, positive attitude, and willing to support teammates when needed
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to read and understand Mandarin briefs for design reference
