- Bachelor's Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Experience of working in the Surveying/Engineering industry

- Able to understand the technical aspects of a product

- Able to analyse the given restraints and needs for the scheduled workload and timeline and organize the needed tasks in a way that allows for the most valuable outcome.Market Skills

- Find the case studies and key customers during the education activities and training events, and share those with Sales and Technical Support team.Interpersonal Skills
- Able to build strong rapport and relationships with Sales and Technical support team, project core teams, project lead and fellow product owners to gain in depth understanding of technical challenges and constraintsProcess Skills
- Profound agile experience as a trainer or educator . Able to understand and follow processes and understand process requirements.Communication/Negotiation Skills
- Be able to explain and justify the contents of the education and training. Manage to challenge input from the outside to keep interruptions to a minimum. Negotiate best solutions for the different priorities and goals.
