Job Description

Responsibilities

The Access & Onboarding Coordinator will be part of the IT operations team, responsible for:

Managing access provisioning and account creation for external consultants and employees.
Raising and tracking tickets/service requests for access issues.
Coordinating with Line Managers, Sourcing, and Group Office for approvals.
Ensuring smooth onboarding processes and readiness for new hires from Day 1.
Maintaining proper documentation and compliance records.
Identifying and recommending improvements to streamline access and onboarding processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
