Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Check, Review Financial Account Report
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Monthly P&L, Bal. Sheet, Cash Flow Report
  • Monitor & advise Actual Vs Budget Expenses
  • Prepare Payment voucher
  • Purchasing, Quotation sourcing & calling for Tender
  • Manage CAPEX
  • Maintenance Fee Collection
  • Payment Reminder
  • Maintain Creditors & Debtors Aging Account & Report
  • Review & Improve existing SOP
  • Other duties as per require

Job Requirements

  • Min Qualification: Basic Accounting Background is a must
  • Required Language: Write, speak Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently.
  • Have a Good work Attitude.
