  • Perform financial analysis on clients management accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial records and reporting needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to implement new business processes and procedures.
  • Provide financial information to management by researching, analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information; assist with tax planning.
  • Document financial transactions accurately by entering account information.
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarize the company's financial position by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guide and support accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering queries.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Job Requirements And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years above of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional, honest, and detail-oriented.
  • Previous audit and tax experience, or experience as a business advisor in accounting, finance, or tax industries, is preferred.
