Provide financial information to management by researching, analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information; assist with tax planning.
Document financial transactions accurately by entering account information.
Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarize the company's financial position by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.
Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Guide and support accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering queries.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Job Requirements And Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years above of relevant working experience preferred.
Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Able to work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Professional, honest, and detail-oriented.
Previous audit and tax experience, or experience as a business advisor in accounting, finance, or tax industries, is preferred.
