Role Description
- Perform all relevant accounting and book-keeping functions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist the Accounts Executive in collecting, organizing, and verifying data and documents for accounting purposes.
- Support daily financial operations, including preparation of records, reconciliations, and filing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Provide administrative support to the accounts team as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and book-keeping practices with relevant working experiences.
- Ability to handle full set of accounts for small business operations.
- Exposure to auditing would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (SQL Accounting).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
