A massive retail chain of supermarkets and convenience stores, including global trading activities managed by Sunshine Wholesale Mart Sdn. Bhd.

Role Description

  • Perform all relevant accounting and book-keeping functions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist the Accounts Executive in collecting, organizing, and verifying data and documents for accounting purposes.
  • Support daily financial operations, including preparation of records, reconciliations, and filing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounts team as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and book-keeping practices with relevant working experiences.
  • Ability to handle full set of accounts for small business operations.
  • Exposure to auditing would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (SQL Accounting).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
