Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Clerk, based in Kuala Lumpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing credit control, monitoring and processing petty cash, and assisting with general financial and accounting tasks. The role also includes liaising with colleagues and external contacts to ensure smooth financial operations while maintaining accurate records of transactions and expenditures. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be key to success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Credit Control and Petty Cash management
  • Proficiency in Finance and Accounting processes
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and external contacts effectively
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience in a legal or professional services context is an advantage
  • A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
