We are hiring a full-timeAccount Cum Operations Executivefor ourKapar (on-site)office. In this role, you will manage daily accounting and documentation tasks while supporting operations coordination to ensure smooth business processes. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing basic reports, managing invoicing and payment tracking, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and supporting office administration and internal compliance. This position is essential to ensure strong financial control and efficient operational execution.

• Sound knowledge of basic accounting, bookkeeping, AR/AP, and financial documentation
• Strong administrative and organizational skills for daily office and operations support
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
• Comfortable using accounting/office tools (Excel, email; accounting software/ERP is an advantage)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with good follow-up discipline
• Diploma/Degree or relevant certification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Experience in fire safety or electro-mechanical trading/contracting is an added advantage
