• Accounts Receivable (AR): Issuing invoices, monitoring aging reports, and following up on collections.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Processing supplier invoices, verifying claims, and preparing payments.
• Bank Reconciliation: Matching bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.
• Data Entry: Maintaining precise records in the accounting system 
• General Ledger (GL): Managing the full set of accounts and ensuring all journal entries are correct.
• Monthly Closing: Preparing financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) within deadlines.
• Tax Compliance: Handling SST/GST filings, corporate tax computations, and liaising with tax agents.
• Audit Coordination: Preparing schedules and documents for external auditors.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Preparing annual budgets and monthly variance analysis.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring liquidity and managing working capital.
• Internal Controls: Developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to prevent errors or fraud.
• Stakeholder Management: Presenting financial performance reports to the HOD or Board of Directors.

Skill

• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and nested formulas.
• Experience with software like SQL Account and AutoCount.
• Power BI

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirable
• 1 - 2 years of experiences
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
