Job Description

Account Executive (Accounts Receivable) - 6 months to 1 year contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert and process the daily client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Record client deposits and disbursements in the accounting system.
- Prepare, update and maintain the daily collection reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client trust accounts and office transactions.
- Organize and maintain proper filing of all financial documents for efficient retrieval and audit purposes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by immediate Superior or the Management from time to time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant Accounts Receivable or accounting experience will have an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and responsible.
- Available to serve at least for a 6 months fixed-term, with a possibility to be extended or convert to a permanent position (depending on performance)
