Account Executive | Bangsar | Up to RM4.5k

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for full set of accounts.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries and reconciliations.

• Preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and collection.

• Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify variances and trends.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Prepare and file tax returns and other compliance documents.

Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as needed.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• CPA certification or progress towards CPA preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiar with accounting software is advantageous.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
