Account Executive – Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur | Full-time

We're hiring an Account Executive for a fast-growing SaaS company expanding its presence across Malaysia and Singapore.

The company provides a CRM and sales digital transformation solution designed to help businesses centralize customer data, improve sales productivity, and build more consistent and scalable sales processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Malaysian business at an early stage and contribute directly to its market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development targeting companies in Malaysia and Singapore
• Generate leads and sales opportunities through exhibitions, referrals, and outbound activities
• Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying customer needs and proposing solutions to closing deals
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team on customer follow-up and upselling opportunities

Requirements

• Business-level communication skills in English, Chinese, or Malay
• Able to travel within Malaysia and to Singapore
• Valid driving licence and ability to drive

Preferred experience:

• B2B sales experience
• Experience in SaaS or IT services sales
• Overseas working experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to RM12,000/month
• Bonus twice a year
