About your new role!

GrowthOps Asia is looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager / Account Executive to join our Client Servicing team. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring projects are delivered with excellence while building strong, trusted relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has hands-on understanding of SEO and digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and reliable delivery.
  • Understand client business objectives and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
  • Present campaign updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end delivery of digital marketing and SEO projects.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (strategy, SEO, content, analytics & technology etc) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure internal teams are aligned on project objectives, expectations, and deliverables.

SEO Support & Coordination

  • Demonstrate understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical).
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Monitor SEO progress, compile reporting inputs, and communicate results to clients.

Quality Control & Reporting

  • Review deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Prepare and present monthly or quarterly performance reports.
  • Identify project risks early and resolve issues proactively.

What we'd love to see from you!

  • 34 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management, preferably within a digital or creative agency.
  • Based in Singapore or Malaysia, with experience managing regional clients an advantage.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging client situations professionally.
  • Fluent in English and 1 other Asian language.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns (social, content, paid media).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Jira) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Ability to support strategic recommendations and identify suitable upsell opportunities.
