Role Description

We are looking for a full-time on-site Account Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya. The Account Executive will manage daily financial transactions, prepare and analyze financial reports, and maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, assisting in financial audits, preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends
• Experience with accounting software and applications
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in construction or property-related industries is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
