Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgetown. This position is responsible for managing client accounts, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating project-related documentation. The Account Executive will liaise closely with internal design and construction teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately captured and delivered. Daily tasks include maintaining customer relationships, tracking project progress from an account perspective, supporting billing and collection activities, and preparing regular reports on account status. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and supporting business development initiatives.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, account servicing, and customer support.
- Experience with basic sales administration, including quotation preparation, invoicing support, and follow-up on payments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams.
- Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and comfort working with documentation and reports.
- Prior experience in construction, design, or related project-based industries is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Georgetown and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
