Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about creating impact for brands in the digital space. In this role, you will play an integral part in executing campaigns, managing content, and ensuring seamless client servicing. Your contribution will directly shape the success of digital strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Outcomes You Will Drive:

Client Success

Be a trusted digital partner to clients by managing timelines and deliverables effectively, while advising on the best strategies to achieve business objectives.

Insight-Driven Work

Proactively research industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to ensure campaigns are informed, relevant, and resonate with target markets.

Engaging Campaigns

Contribute creative campaign ideas (both thematic and tactical), support execution across multiple platforms, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

Optimised Ad Performance

Set up and manage ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and more. Continuously monitor and optimise to maximise performance and return on investment.

Brand Presence Management

Manage day-to-day operations of brand social media pages, including publishing content, engaging with audiences, and ensuring brand voice consistency.

Content Excellence

Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and content creators to build impactful content for brand communication. Organise and maintain content calendars while ensuring client feedback is implemented effectively.

Data-Backed Decisions

Deliver weekly, monthly, and campaign reports that go beyond numbers to provide actionable insights for optimisation and growth.

Collaborative Spirit

Support the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and contribute positively to a high-performance, creative environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in client servicing and digital marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Proven success in managing digital campaigns and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.
  • A natural people person with the charisma to build trust and drive enthusiasm in every client conversation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proficient in using AI tools to assist in operational tasks enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and turn-around time.
  • An active digital native; you're on top of trends and can spot what's working (and what's not) across social platforms.
  • Experience or strong interest in creating social media content (e.g. short-form videos) is a bonus
