The candidate is responsible for monthly accounts closing and review, daily GL tasks, assist in
preparation of yearly budget, tax compliance requirement and other ad-hoc assignments.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of journal entries for monthly financial closing.
- Maintenance and update General Ledger and supporting schedules for audit.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Schedule (addition/disposal/depreciation)
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial & management reports: P&L, Balance Sheet,management report.
- Participate in stock take.
- Undertake any accounting & reporting requirements and ad-hoc duties or projects asrequested.
- Liaison with auditors and tax agents for submission and filing of statutory accounts andcorporate tax.
- Assist on any other ad hoc assignments from time to time.
Requirement
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advance/Higher in Finance/Accountancy/Banking orequivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome or at least 1 year working experiences in related field.
- Very good communication skills.
- Hardworking, pro-active, willing to learn & able to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to speak mandarin will be an added advantage
