Account Executive

An established and fast-growing local personal care company is looking for a seasoned Account Executive to join the team.

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Manage full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and schedules.

Oversee all aspects of accounting, including GL, AP, AR, and payment reconciliation.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to maintain financial stability.

Maintain accurate financial records and liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, Bankers, and stakeholders.

• Assist in setting up, updating, and standardizing accounting systems like SQL Accounting/Xero Accounting.

Generate ad-hoc, weekly, and comprehensive monthly management reports.

• To be successful in this role, you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficient in accounting software such as SQL Accounting system/Xero Accounting.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
