Account Executive

Key Requirements

• Holds a Diploma or Degree in accounting, finance or related field;
• At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision & handle multiple task.
• Ability to meet on time deadline submission & work under stress.
• Good communication & teamwork skill

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set accounts, including process payments to suppliers and maintain accurate payment record.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Support month-end and year-end closing to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies proactively
