Role Overview
As an Accounts Executive, you will manage end-to-end accounting processes and contribute to our monthly and annual reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to prepare a full set of accounts and payroll for clients.
- Oversee general ledger reporting and journal processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update the fixed assets register, keeping track of depreciation and asset movements.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate month-end closing activities effectively
- Ensure that all engagements are delivered on time and within the scope.
- Assist auditors during audits and prepare necessary audit schedules to support financial statements.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Accountancy/Finance
or related fields.
- ACCA, CPA, or MICPA qualifications are added advantage
- Entry-level candidates including Fresh Graduates, Trainees, and Interns are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or SQL is required.
- Preferably possess minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting and payroll field
- Good command of both written and spoken English; Ability to converse in Chinese or Japanese
will be an added advantage.
- Possess positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, initiative and goal driven mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess strong analytical skills and comfort working with numerical data.
