Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting operations, including payment processing, reimbursement verification, cash management, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare, review, and analyze manufacturing costs, and generate periodic cost analysis reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, management reports, and financial analysis.
- Liaise with banks on financial matters such as loan facilities, fixed deposits, foreign exchange, and other banking transactions.
- Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and comply with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Assist with budgeting, audits, tax filing, and other finance-related activities.
- Support ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with accounting or finance working/internship experience will have an added advantage.
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW) or candidates pursuing these certifications will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, Malaysian tax regulations, and costing is preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking company.

Alternate Saturday 08:00-14:00
