Key Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and schedules
Process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions and employee records
Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation
Assist with year-end closing, audit, and tax preparation
Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities when required
Support administrative and finance-related tasks when needed
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Familiar with accounting software
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
