Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals and deliver superior service. The Account Executive will act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales, account management, and client relationship management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of market research, business development, and forecasting
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, and collaborate effectively with teams
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Mandarin Speaking is mandatory
