Reporting Relationships

• Reports to: Finance Manager & Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

• Manage AR for Distribution, E-Commerce and Marketplace, ensuring timely and accurate recording of outstanding balances.
• Verify sales recorded against actual collection to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue recognition.
• Perform reconciliation to ensure sales import from Shopify and Marketplace to NetSuite is accurate and completed on a timely basis.
• Issue invoices for services and intercompany charges, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
• Issue and review credit notes for Distribution, E-Commerce and Marketplace.
• Review sales on a daily basis, and perform necessary reconciliation.

E-Invoicing

• Manage e-invoice submission via MyInvois and internal system for sales invoices and credit notes, including reconciliation and manual handling where required.
• Treasury & Operations
• Manage and maintain credit card terminals for Retail and Events
• Review bank reconciliation and cash book

Tax & Audit

• Review tax and audit-related matters for dormant company until strike-off.

Others

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of documents in an organised and systematic manner.
• Assist in audit and tax-related matters as and when required.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accounting, or equivalent degree with Major in Finance / Accounting. Alternatively, partial professional qualification in CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise multiple tasks, and bring tasks to completion;
• High level of professional maturity, organised and able to execute responsibilities and lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and willing to accept new challenges
