Job Description:

  • Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
  • Perform bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation
  • Prepare journal entries, invoices and receipts
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts
  • Assist in audit and tax related matters, including liaising with auditors and tax agents
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities when required
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
  • Undertake any other accounting and finance duties assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to prepare a full set of management accounts (knowledge in SG & UK companies preferred)
  • Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) & Foreign Exchange translations (basic translation and understanding of realised & unrealised)
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
