Role Description

The Account Executive is responsible for managing the full set or partial set of accounts and ensuring accurate financial records for the company's food & beverage operations. This role supports daily finance activities, reporting, and compliance while assisting management in monitoring business performance.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in F&B or retail industry is an added advantage.

Responsibility

• Handle a full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in management reporting
• Monitor cash flow and handle petty cash transactions
• Liaise with auditors, tac agents, and company secretary for annual filings
• Ensure compliance with according standards and statutory requirements
