Position: Account Executive

Location: 3 Towers, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (HQ)

The Account Executive will report directly to the Head of Finance and assist in managing the full operations of the Accounts & Finance Department, supporting both the company and its business units.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial activities.
• Handle a full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, tax, and treasury.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly closing accounts.
• Process company payments accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate and respond to inquiries related to accounts payable/receivable from internal teams and external parties.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Ensure all accounting records and procedures comply with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Monitor project milestones to ensure timely submission of claims and collection of payments.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Undertake any ad-hoc accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned by the Superior/Manager.

• Open to Malaysian citizens only, who are able to work on-site at our headquarters located at 3 Towers, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related fields (students pursuing final semester are encouraged to apply).
• Preferably 12 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Proficient in accounting software (particularly SQL) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates strong discipline, resilience, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
