Key Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping/accounting software.
• Strong typing, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, ethical, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay motivated.
• Committed to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Accounting/Finance team.
• Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, answering calls, and processing mail.
• Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
• Process financial transactions, issue payments, and update ledgers and budgets.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with audits, fact-checking, and resolving discrepancy
