We are looking for an independent individual in Malaysia to join our Malaysia team. The Senior Account Executive role is the first point of contact for our clients and our influencer community from briefing on new campaigns to managing expectations.

Responsibilities
Client & Campaign Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and overall campaign coordination.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear KOL campaign briefs within internal systems.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and post-campaign summaries to clients.
- Handle client enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Finance teams across regional and international markets to align on campaign scope, commercial terms, budgets, and delivery expectations.
KOL Management & Communication
- Manage end-to-end communication with KOLs, including briefing, coordination, and content submission.
- Ensure all KOL deliverables meet brand guidelines, campaign requirements, and agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs.
- Handle KOL enquiries and concerns while applying sound communication judgment to drive timely submissions and maintain collaboration quality.
KOL Sourcing, Outreach & Coordination
- Identify and source suitable KOLs based on campaign requirements and target audience.
- Evaluate KOL profiles based on engagement, content quality, and audience fit.
- Conduct outreach, coordination, and onboarding of KOLs for campaigns.
- Support commercial alignment by communicating campaign expectations clearly and securing KOL participation within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Maintain and update internal KOL database for future campaign use.
Sound Like You
- At least 2 years of experience in client servicing is required.
- Passionate about social media, content marketing, influencer marketing and online advertising.
- Knowledge of using Google Sheets and Google Docs is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.
- Adaptability and strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of user behaviours and industry trends.
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of improving marketing effectiveness, optimizing campaigns and processes, and delivering measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent command of English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage, particularly for engaging with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
