About our client:
Our client is a leading law firm specializing in high-end property development, offering legal services to top-tier developers and investors. Their practice is focused on complex sale and purchase agreements and loan transactions. The office based in Bukit Jalil.
Salary: Up to RM3,800
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations, journal entries).
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Manage payment processing, including issuing cheques, online banking, and payment vouchers.
- Monitor cash flow and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain and update company records, documents, and filing systems.
- Handle general office administration such as supplies procurement, insurance, and utilities.
- Prepare and submit SST reports and other statutory filings.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
