The Role

We are currently seeking an ambitious and result-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive at The M Makers, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their marketing goals are achieved using our wide range of digital services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for managing their accounts from initial onboarding to ongoing campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of client campaigns under the guidance of senior account executives.
• Learn and apply digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization.
• Support the account management team in building relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide meaningful insights to help optimize strategies and drive results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work, incorporating creative, design, and digital marketing elements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, sharing new ideas with the team to enhance client campaigns.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data.
• Proactive approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
