Key Responsibilities:
* Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of monthly/annual accounts
* Prepare and review purchase orders, quotations, and related financial documents
* Ensure accurate preparation, issuance, and submission of e-Invoices in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Handle monthly payroll, EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB/HRDF submissions
* Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
* Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks as required
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
* Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount, or similar)
* Knowledge of Malaysian taxation and statutory HR submissions preferred
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
