Job Description

Key Responsibilities.

  • Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
  • Process payroll entries and staff claims (if applicable).
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for all accounting records.
  • Support ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL) added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
